Strange how old wounds don’t heal. I had Dixon do my environmental back in 2019. They came recommended. Did a phase 1 (5k for a day work) then they thought a fence post was an oil tank under ground…possibly…but I thought a fence post was a fence post. I recall talking to the owner for over an hour on how this could be I thought a spade was a spade. “Oh well, um they could have….” Me the building was built in 1980 and the gas meter is original…him “ there could be something under a fence post it should only cost 30k-40k more to put a camera down it and reverify for a phase 2 to “protect you”
