Jack Garza and Anthony were prompt, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, competent, diligent, and careful to clean up. The installation of the new furnace was a bit more complicated than anticipated, but they did it with professionalism.I would highly recommend them.
Chris, who was my first contact with DNI, also has all those qualities.

My furnace has been tripping my breaker. Tech came out and wasted two hours looking at my 1.5 year old furnace that DNI installed, he eventually told me he could not locate the issue and that will be 130 bucks. He told me he could install some new items for $1,400 but was not sure that would fix the problem. With a massive snow storm on the horizon this was very unsettling that the installers of my furnace cannot tell me what the issue is and then charged me for doing no work. Very bad experience.

I Called DNI to Fix my Furnace. They looked it over on 12-10-24. Installed new filters we had in house, reset the switch and it came on, that's all that was done. Charged me $382.50. Later that day it wasn't putting heat out again. Called to tell them my furnace was out again. They sent a tech out the next day still didn't fix it. Charged me $352.74.
$735.24 later still don't have a working furnace. The next Day I received a estimate for what he thought was wrong with the furnace.
Pressure switch $140.21 ea., kit $45.00, misc kit $65.00, blow out $45.00. Labor $772.50. It was at this point i called someone else
It WASN'T the pressure switch it was the board.
If I would have went with DNI I would be out $1974.13 and still not had it fixed, there was no board in estimate.
The other Service company fixed it for under $1000.00. Parts and all.
I would stay clear of this outfit.

My furnace was not putting out any heat! I had it set at 74 degrees, and it only heated the ho use to 68. Brayden came out and examined the furnace and it was caked with hair and dust, it was disgusting. Within an hour, Brayden had it up and running and my house was warm again! Brayden was prompt, very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and thorough! He answered all my questions and made great suggestions to keep the system up and running. I very rarely give 5 stars to anyone! I HIGHLY recommend DNI, I won't call anyone else!

Today, DNI did an annual check-up of my furnace, and as always, they were very courteous and did a very efficient and professional job. They are also very approachable for asking questions, no matter how simple or involved the question is. In short, I've been working with DNI for 3 years now, and they have consistently earned 5 stars -- each and every time!
