working with Klick Solar has been great. Tessa was so patient in answering all of my questions and walking through what the process would look like and my options. The loan process was easy, installation was a breeze, and I’ve been really happy with the customer service I’ve received. While I’m not saving money, the panels are basically paying for themselves and I’m happy to be helping the planet (plus, with rising Xcel costs, I’m sure I’ll be saving money soon enough). Overall, would definitely recommend Klick and Tessa in particular!

I add a couple stars mostly just so I can add the pictures, i admit i know NOTHING about selling Solar systems so I can't comment on that particularly but the building is completely empty! Which maybe is NORMAL for this type of business AGAIN I'M no expert on this!

This company has been wonderful to work with. Solar is something we had considered in the past but had never had the benefits explained the way Melissa explained them, and she addressed every question we threw at her quickly and thoroughly. When Xcel was dragging their feet finalizing their part of the installation process, Klick stepped right in to help get the ball moving again, especially Aaron. And when we did call in with concerns, they have been very understanding and helpful, making it feel like they truly care, and we aren't just money in their pocket.
We have already recommended Klick to others considering solar and will continue to do so.

Don't usually buy from door to door salespeople but since I was already considering solar I gave them an ear. Tessa was very good in explaining the contract. I was happy to hear that I would own the panels and all the equipment is made in Canada and not China. The initial site inspection went well, and I was told that my panels would be installed in about 4 months. (April 2023) To my surprise they were on the roof December 2022. That's when the delays started. I made numerous phone calls and emails which were mostly answered, but it end up as a lot of waiting. Aaron was very helpful, but after failing City inspection 3 times, May of 2023 Xcel had my Net meter installed and I was hooked to the grid. Overall I am very happy that I had solar installed. My monthly energy bill dropped $100 a month, as I am banking more Kw than I am using.

Melissa helped us understand the whole solar process and was so incredibly kind, professional and knowledgeable! She made working with Klick an enjoyable experience and did not make us feel pressured into buying anything, instead she used her knowledge to inform us about our options!! We would highly recommend working with her and Klick! We especially love how personable she was- even the puppy loved her!

Brandon was great, he was thoughtful, respectful and extremely knowledgeable about the product. He informed us about the 30% federal tax incentive available now, which was very helpful. I was very sceptical about the value to us of switching to solar, but he stayed and discussed all my concerns and answered all my questions. Because our electrical panel is almost 40 years old and needed replacing, it will be upgraded during the solar panel install at an exceptional savings to us. We are very happy with our decision to be part of the 'solar solution' to climate change with a progressive company like Klick Solar. Thanks Brandon

Several companies have come to my door to discuss solar, but Cass with Klick Solar actually got me to thinking and was able to set an appointment to meet. I met with Brandon and I had several question about how solar would work for me. He was able to answer all my questions and he made me feel very confident that Klick Solar could deliver what they promised. I look forward to moving forward within the process and if the other people I have to deal with are half as competent as Cass and Brandon it will be a pleasant experience.

Klick Solar
My first interaction with Klick Solar was on May 9, 2022. I answered the door and there were two young women there. They introduced themselves and asked if I had considered getting solar for my home.
Both of them were very polite and our conversation continued. One of the young ladies was named Karyn and she is the one that did the majority of the talking. They answered my questions and concerns, as well as made me feel comfortable with their knowledge and the company they represented. I agreed to take it to the next step and they made an appointment for the next day for me to meet with the representative from Klick that would tell me about the whole process.
They sent me a text with the name of the person who would come for the appointment and her name. They also thanked me for taking my time to talk to them.
On May 10, Tessa from Klick Solar arrived right on time for her appointment with me. She was very polite. She explained about the Klick Solar business model. She asked if I had come up with any questions after the representatives left the day before. I had a few, that she answered completely.
She explained how the system would work and the number of panels that was appropriate for my electrical usage. She was very knowledgeable about every part of the process.
Once I agreed that I wanted to work with Klick Solar to install a solar system on my house. Tessa was very proficient at explaining how all the steps would work. She also made sure that I had her contact information, if I had any questions or concerns.
My next interaction was with Klick Solar was with Valerie, Project Coordinator. She emailed me the plans for the system. She explained that Klick Solar usually handles all the approvals that are needed. In my case my HOA and the city I live in both require that I be the one to initiate these processes. Valerie was very helpful and talked me through the process with both.
The next process was the installation of the system. I was advised of the date and time, several days in advance. The installers texted me the morning of the installation introducing themselves and letting me know what time they would be arriving. The installation was very smooth and both installers were very polite and courteous. Their names are Brandon and Teddy. The actual panel installation was done by about 1:30p. The electrician was here for a few hours longer finishing his part. He explained how the next step would work and the time frame.
I was contacted by Valerie yesterday to advise me that the final inspection would be Friday this week. She also let me know what I would need to do if I was not going to be home that day.
I have been extremely happy with the whole process, and would recommend Klick Solar to everyone.
