I recently visited the store. The store itself is great good prices and very organized. I went with my two kids one being an infant. As we were making our way to the art craft section an employee ( she had her dimples pierced) blocking the way, she was talking with someone else. I honestly don’t care about what the heck they were doing but they blocking the way. Kindly said excuse me and nothing they continued to talk, I figured she did not hear me. I said it again excuse me, she looked at me as if she wanted to hurt me and as I was passing by she yelled I WAS GOING TO MOVE! I ignored her, oldest child was scared and did we do something wrong? I found her attitude very disrespectful.

I was at the store yesterday in Vails Gare .I know to check the prices because prices are now $1.25. I asked an employee how much the chips were. I showed him the bag. He said $1.25. Now I go to the toothpaste. All says $1.25. I check out . I usually check my receipt but I didn't this time. When I got home I checked my receipt. Chips were $3.00. The toothpaste was$5.00. I have never paid $5.00 for toothpaste. I check Walmart. The same toothpaste was $2.00 cheaper. I was going to bring them back. But its not worth my gas . Everyone needs to check their receipts before leaving the store.

The store staff member was extremely rude ( it’s a man with a hat ). Surprise the whole store looks like new with no bags? I asked for a bag and just got one word from his mouth NO Dollar Tree company please read and review all your employees pls there’re is face your stores to

Dollar Tree is a place to get your cleaning products at a unbeatable price. They are always stocked with holiday products and many other things such as office and school supplies,lots of snacks to choose from, pet products, personal care products, as well as baking and breakfast and other food choices...Too much to mention but worth the ride.
Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of parking available.

Don't shop at the Dollar Tree very often because they usually don't have much of what I need, but this specific location is actually really nice. Never had a bad experience with the workers either. This place has become a frequent visit for me when I need something fast and cheap.

The store is fine but one staff member was extremely rude. I didn’t catch his name but he has a tattoo on his neck with the name Aaliyah. I told him I didn’t want something but wanted the rest of the stuff and he told me to put it back if I didn’t want it. And then continued to tell me that I was messing with the wrong person today. I told him he was risking his job by treating a person this way and he told me he didn’t care. He had three other jobs he didn’t need this one. This person should definitely not be working in customer service.

I love the store itself and most of the employees are very kind and helpful. The only reason for the 3 star rating is what I experienced today. Some employee was loudly whining and yelling at her supervisor insisting that she was right about something. The supervisor was acting very calm which was good. But anyone who is going to whine and yell so that customers can hear how unprofessional they are, doesn't need to be working in a store or around people. 👎

The cashiers were great. However, who I assume was the manager was discussing very loudly issues with other employees. They were stocking the shelves so everyone in the store could hear the conversation. That is completely unprofessional. The store looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time.
