Not like there's alot of choices- but this company gave us and is STILL giving us a circle jerk while we're just trying to get our power up and running. It's already the umpteenth time they've said "it's working now", when it's clearly not. No outages, no service and when we call their number- they quickly hang up without a word.

We were moving in new home when the power went out! Arrangements were already made for power but some mixup happened, after being transferred, the 3rd time I got associate LaPaul, who was very nice, helpful etc! After being on hold he worked it out where power is being restored within the hour. Kiddos to LaPaul for going above and beyond to help us ❤❤👏👏
