Absolute terrible company. Installed an overload box way too overpowered for my well pump. When it finally gave out they refuse to answer my calls or service me. Without water I have to hire someone more competent to resolve their incompetence.

They did a great job, their diagnosis of a venting flow problem was a game changer in our project. We had a few follow up issues and they returned to make it right! Our satisfaction was important to them!

We own an old historic house with an old gas furnace almost half the age of the house. The system is very efficient and thanks to Donald’s yearly service and careful attention we have warm, lovely heat.

Other contractors were not so willing to work with us. First recommendations were to sell us a whole heating system and change everything. They were quite sure the boiler would go out next week. That was well over 20 years ago!

I call emergency line. someone was to return call never did! My AC needed Frone. Call Ed Hostetter he answered his phone came right out fixed it. Now I know who to call!!!

They installed our new gas furnace and central air in early 2000 and any time I have ever had a problem they came and checked out and fixed very great service and reasonable priced !
