Had a wonderful experience with radon testing from Donaldson recently in the Lakeland area! Working with Rob was fantastic; he was very communicative and kept me up to date on when he'd arrive. The explanation of pricing structure he provided was also very transparent; reporting and payment information was prompt and clear. I also had some interaction with Sarah on the phone, who made sure I could get my testing done promptly even though she was on vacation at the time! Excellent service all around from people who are clearly passionate about their work in indoor environmental monitoring and mitigation. Highly recommended!

We needed an asbestos tester quickly as our house was built in 1984 and we had damage to our textured ceiling. Houses built before 1990 often used asbestos in textured ceilings. Sean Quinn was at our house with 24 hours. He answered all our questions and his credentials are impressive. Sean will be our go to for all our Home Inspection, testing and referral needs moving forward. This man is a real find and his expertise filled us with confidence. Highly recommended.

I hired Donaldson Environmental to check the air quality of my parents’ home and was so glad I did! They discovered significant VOC contamination that was coming from their garage into the A/C intake and basically polluting their home. They also did a thorough inspection for mold, tested some water stains on the ceiling that we were not sure of the age of, and gave us tons of pointers on what to look for in potential environmental contamination. Like any service that requires labs to be sent in, it ended up being about $900 but for the number of times my folks have gone to the ER this year feeling terrible (because of the VOC contamination, we now believe), it was completely worth it. My parents have now made the changes in their home to correct the problems and are already feeling better. You will not find kinder, more thorough, or more professional service. Bonus that this is a locally owned business and that both of the gentlemen who came had extensive expertise in the areas being checked on. If you’re looking for a company to test what’s going on in your home with absolutely definitive answers and state-of-the-art equipment, look no further!
