I have called and made complaints and I have personally complained to the driver.. he rude ands lazy.. he picks my trash can up every week and moves it 10feet to the other side off my driveway where another car parks ands which is not my property..I’ve asked and complained to stop and still he does what he wants..if he can pick it up then he can drop it where he picked it up from.. after 11months of me putting it in the same spot this isn’t rocket science.. he literally put it in a parking spot noted in the picture below.. and when he drops stuff he too lazy to get out and pick it up.. call times are always over hot w and you still don’t get anything handled..I’m forced to use this service bc of where I live and it is ridiculous!!!!

They don’t show up for 2 weeks and, when they do, this is what I’m left with. I watched them knock it over, knock a bag out of the can, throw the can on top of the boxes, and leave. How is this awful service still in business?

Does not like to answer phones. Ever since they got bought out by lrs they are a mess. Wouldn't recommend. Called the 800 or 888 number. I've called the 618. No answers. Called lrs and they say i need to talk to the doty represents. Try to forward me and still no answer. Been trying to talk to someone for over an hr that can help. If u didn't realize I finally got a hold of someone today. But still no luck. This is for the Shelby county area

4:33am and 4:37am this morning... Awoken by their trash truck backing into the neighbors drive across the street pointing their headlights into our windows and proceeding to dump extremely noisily and then drive off to only come back 2 mins later to do the exact same thing again. I guess I'm awake now. Thanks for the wakeup call... I will never be using your services.

I have called doty sanitation three days in a row now trying to get in contact with them about my commercial dumpster account. Always says operator is busy to either leave a call back number or wait on hold so I continue to wait only to be greeted by a busy tone. Sucks having to use such poor “ trash” service! Only if DC waste could get our contract we would be better off for sure!

Simply the worst dumpster service I've ever used. Refused to pick up a load, claimed to have called, and then just dumped the load out, causing numerous headaches and complaints from the neighbors and local police. The local police noted that they seemed proud of having done this and suggested to the police that they pursue me for this mess because of a "breach of contract" when no contract had ever been signed and no notice given of the restricted items. And then, of course, would not offer a refund.

Customer service is terrible, always have to leave a voice message, never get anyone on the phone when you call no matter what the time of day is. They are unorganized, ive left them a voice-mail to call back about a dumpster, which they did call me back by the end of the day, but called me again 3 days later to discuss what we already went over.. so they didn't delete the voice-mail or didn't write down they had already spoken with me(unorganized). I then called 3 times about the dumpster giving basic instructions to call me so I could be there when it was unloaded, so I could make sure it was in the right spot, not impeding anyone trying to park in the parking spots and really just the most convient spot for myself to load the dumpster. I never received a phone call when it was arriving and it is put right in the middle of the parking spots in the most inconvenient spot to load it... idk but calling someone to find out where they want it unloaded is pretty simple instructions. Not only this but they have raised there rates significantly since being bought by another company up north (LRS). I'm switching to Wallace and will get any dumpster I need from them, even if I have to order 3 to get to the same size as the one this joke of a company delivered

They took our dumpster without notice. The bill has been paid and we didn’t cancel. Thought maybe since the takeover they were bringing one with the new logo. It’s been 3 weeks and still no dumpster. We’ll be contacting another company since they obviously don’t want our business.
