Positive: They had a room available last minute and breakfast was great! Negative: Seems weird that there were no full size towels in the room. 2 wash cloths and 2 hand towels. I didn?t need full size so I didn?t bother but it seems weird that you?d have to ask for towels.

booked online and notified them about my service animal.
rude male at check in. he didn’t have the reservation even though i was showing him the reservation number. he then got even more rude with me. didn’t offer any water or a cookie. i’ve stayed here many times never had that experience for $197 feeling more welcome would have been nice.
then after checking in the room. find it very very dirty. was nervous to notify the front desk due to my check in experience.
probably won’t be back.. the marriott is next door.

Stayed at many hotels, and I have to say this is one of the nicer ones.
The place was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. Even gave me a free cookie to take up to my room. The room was spotless, and everything worked great. The bed and pillows were soft and clean. The shower was clean with everything you would need. The free breakfast down in the restaurant was also great. No cheap food and plenty to choose from.
Overall I'm very happy.

Our family of eight got two rooms there on February 2, 2025 and had a very poor experience. The rooms seemed to have not been cleaned. There was stuff on the floor in the entry and bathroom, the mirrors had smears on them, there was no hand soap in the bathroom, only two bath towels, etc. The beds did appear to have had the linens changed but not much else. When we tried to call the front desk, we discovered the phone did not work. We spoke with someone at the front desk before leaving for dinner and were told that someone would take care of it but nothing appeared to have been done by the time we got back and we were too tired at that point to mess with it and just got the kids to bed.

The rooms were both supposed to sleep up to six (two queen beds and a pullout couch) but neither of them actually had a pullout couch that worked (one wasn't even a pullout couch at all). Housecleaning brought a rollaway for each room but that's not how the rooms are described online.

When we checked out the following morning, I related our concerns to the person working at the front desk and was assured that a manager would be calling us to discuss the issues. That has not happened despite three follow-up calls since then. Each time, I am either told there are no managers working currently or that they are in a meeting or are simply "unavailable". Twice I have been told that a note will be left for the manager to call me but nothing has ever happened. Today, I was sent to the manager's voicemail for the first time but my expectations are pretty low that I will hear anything back.

When our family travels we stay almost exclusively in Hilton properties. This was very out of character for what we typically experience and I am puzzled by the lack of concern for our poor experience. We will never stay at this hotel again and I would recommend others make a different choice as well.

Positive: Lovely decor, nice rooms. Negative: The front desk woman at check out was a bit short. The breakfast buffet was not stocked well and the options were bland.

We usually stay in a Hampton Inn, however this was the only Hilton property available where we needed to stay. This place totally lived up to the Hilton standard. Our room was on the 5th floor. Even the elevators were remarkable. So fast! Everything was great.

Completely and utterly disgusted with our stay at your hotel on 12/27/2024. The room was anything but clean. No trash can liners, dirty shower, bed looked like someone had already slept in it. Phone did not work and manager said nothing she could do about it. Dining room was dirty and coffee was the worst I’ve ever had. As Gold members, we expect more from Hilton products. This was one of the worst stays we have ever experienced. We definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Clean, nice, evening staff a bit chippy about a menu for their restaurant. *Suggestions? Never be without or have a digital response. I shouldn't be left feeling like I did something wrong. Seemed like a fairly logical question? " Just drove 12 hours with toddlers and I don't feel like going out " It's not like anyone else was around requesting help. If I had to guess the reason for the response, it would be an internal thing where there's never copies of the menu left in the folder.
Rm. 327. Sorry I didn't return the copy....huh. I'm guessing the maid will throw it away. Talk about chippy. It Is a small thing clearly, but it can read as a larger issue; one star difference.
I would absolutely stay here again. I wish you the absolute best. I hope your Patrons get your absolute best.
By the way; restaurant staff "shout out" super helpful/kind.!
