Had a P Trap installed and it works great. However, during the process, water discharged from the pipes and my tools, sheetrock, and other items are soaked and there is standing water in my garage now. The sheetrock is ruined and everything is wet. Satisfied with the work completed, but dissatisfied with the guys not cleaning up after themselves.

Excellent experience with Nolan and Drain Werks! I called them to drain my hot water heater along with fix my garbage disposal. Nolan was able to do both jobs at once (saving time and money) and gave me excellent advice along the way. They went above and beyond, even having a second worker go to Lowe's to pick up an item, so we could finish the job faster. I will use them for all my future plumbing needs.

Joseph and Nolan came to our home the same day we called. We had never used Drain Werks before but I will be using them for every plumbing issue from now on. Jackson was amazing! Kept us posted on his arrival time, did amazing work setting 2 toilets, fixing water line leaks and running a water line to a frig. He was polite and explained all aspects of what he was doing and cleaned up afterwords. The price for this work was far less than other quotes we were given. I highly recommend Jackson with Drainwerks.

Josh and Cody came out to my house to clean out a drain. They did an awesome job, they explained the full process and showed me all the plumbing issues I had. These two guys are truly customer inspired and they make Drain Werks a pleasure to do business with. If there ever was a standard to go by these two are it, high quality work.

Highly recommend Drain Werks! The Front desk was very pleasant to chat with and knowledgeable with her information, Cody and Josh who came out for repairs, showed up on time on the date they were supposed to. They even called in advance to let us know they were on their way. Cody called me to let me know what the problem was and the estimate before he got started on the work. This was the second plumber We had to call for the same job and they fixed it the first time out with no continuing issues and no over charging for not fixing the problem like previous company! Very happy with this company and they will definitely be in my contacts as our new “go to” plumber for any future issues!

My advice is to run not walk from this vendor! Requested they complete a small simple job in my kitchen and found them to be not professional, untruthful, and lacking any customer service skill. Completed part of job but left major task uncompleted and spent considerable amount of time telling me I was responsible for problem and stated multiple times that I should not disrespect them simply after I asked questions about their work.
