I used DuPage Radon Contractors for a radon system and all I can say is wow. From the initial consultation with Ben, to yesterday's install with Terry, it was a world class experience. Terry was great from all aspects of the job, from addressing my initial questions and explanations when finished. Workmanship is exemplary, and the system has already lowered the daily average of radon. The care taken to make the system look good from the outside was appreciated and was an important aspect of the work to me. I would recommend Dupage Radon to anyone who discovers that they have a radon issue in their home. Awesome job by everyone! Thank you!

DuPage Radon Contractors recently installed a radon mitigation system in our 85 year old home. The results were excellent with the radon level down to .86. Their proposal was very detailed so that I understood exactly what would be done and why. Terrry, Steve and Dan installed the system in one day. Their workmanship and clean up was flawless. I highly recommend DuPage Radon Contractors. Also, their full contract price was the lower of two proposals by $200.

We contracted with DuPage Radon and had an installation performed in our single family home in Schaumburg, IL. As others have said, the site inspection visit, proposal, pre-work discussion, and then the install work were all conducted seamlessly and in one morning. We will be curious on the post-install radon level test, and will report on that status in a future review. The price, sales process, and installation were great. Highly recommend Steve and Danny, the technicians who performed the job. Great company, so far.

Ben came out and was behind a pleasure to chat with. He was on time, very polite and professional. He was here for maybe an hour or so and was very thorough. He did his thing and explained every step of the process.

He offered not only the estimate, a map of what/where the work would be done and the price was very reasonable

The best part was he wasn't pushy at all! He briefly went over the add ons offered, let me take my time to think about them and they'd be happy to go into detail if I was interested
I told him I was planning to get additional quotes, he didn't deter from his pleasant demeanor or professionalism one bit. He said something along the lines of understandable and offered to assist in anyway or answer any additional questions.

No dramatic upsell or pressuring, just an overall great experience. Even if a company comes in lower, this is the company for me!
