I am very happy with the service I received from Dynamic. From the first phone call to acceptance of the contract and install of my new furnace. The whole team at Dynamic from Nate, Megan and Steven and Claudia were all very professional in their respective jobs. Steven did an exceptional job at my install, cleaning and not leaving anything behind on the floor as well as answering my many questions with so much patience which I truly appreciated. Nate and Megan were also very patient in explaining things in detail.

I would highly recommend Dynamic for your heating and cooling needs. You would never find a more reasonable, efficient, personable organization to take care of your needs.

Honest, Extraordinarily Accommodating & Fair—so grateful to Dynamic Mechanical! Not only was it a very busy Monday for them because temps had fallen to the teens, but it was 2days before Christmas & their schedule was beyond packed. My furnace was heating well enough, but there was a scent of oil—which was growing my anxiety. Although my own Google research didn’t point to any big danger, my mind couldn’t rest until it was thoroughly checked out. Dynamic empathized with my fears and *Bent Over Backwards* to send someone out to me within hours when other companies couldn’t even get me in that week!! And where others could’ve taken advantage of my furnace ignorance, Dynamic Mechanical did not. To my surprise, the oil scent was a quick & simple fix — Honesty IS Their Policy! Between the Holiday time crunch & my vulnerability, this problem could’ve racked up a hefty bill if I’d chosen a different company; so grateful I didn’t. Dynamic Mechanical is honest & they care!! I am so grateful for Dynamic Mechanical and Steven. My 96 yo mothers furnace stopped working on a Saturday. I called 20+ furnace repair companies and not one of them would help. I told them it was for a elderly woman and at least 80% of them told me that if I didn't have a contract with them, tough luck. I called Dynamic and Steven called me back. Although they were extremely busy with furnaces and the 20 degree weather, he promised he would come and he did!!! I'm so, so grateful and I would give them 20 stars if possible because they deserve it! Steven, I swear you are an angel! I just can't find the words to describe what a great company this is and what great employees they have. Steven: you ARE the best!!!! I will always use Dynamic Mechanical. I'm a huge fan!

Very happy with the service we received from Dynamic Mechanical. They were quick to respond to my first inquiry when our AC broke the first day of the heat wave, and provided 3 quotes to install a system (good, better, best) in a very timely manner. Their quotes were significantly less than others. Nathan was very professional and courteous. He patiently answered all my questions and explained everything that I was unsure about as I reviewed the 3 options. Patrick came to start the install, and Steve finished up. Both were professional and courteous and I again felt very comfortable asking for explanations. Steve explained the system to me and repeatedly told me to reach out with any other questions. Every appointment was kept on time, communication was excellent, and the work area was left clean and orderly. Megan also was very helpful and I will be following up with her regarding warranties and rebates. System has been operating for 2 weeks and so far, so good. Crossing fingers that the rebate (processed by Dynamic Mechanical) will go through without a hitch. I would 100% recommend this company!

Back in June our old AC died during the heatwave. When it was explained that our system was roughly 20 years old and we saw the cost to repair, we decided to look at replacement options. Nathan came out the next day and gave me several options to chose from. He answered all of my questions and went over the options in detail so I could make an informed decision. We went with a heat pump that qualified for rebates. The unit was installed two days after my original assessment by Isaiah. The install technicians were quick and efficient. Our unit was up and running by 3pm and has been working like a dream since. The office handled the entire rebate process for us, and got us signed up for their membership so we don’t have to worry about maintaining and cleaning our new equipment. We would highly recommend Dynamic Mechanical.

We are so pleased with Dynamic Heating & Cooling. They went out of there way to get our 26,000 sq ft building up and running this winter. We had issues with leaks in our gas pipes and 2 furnace replacements. They did it quickly and in budget. To top it off they came the same day as Eversource as a rescheduled gas turn on to fire our units! Thanks Dynamic!
