I Hired them to put a new unit and duct work in my new home I was building. everyone that was sent out was very nice but not very professional in their work ethic and I do not think any of them was a licensed HVAC person. They was calling others to ask how they supposed to do certain things and would work awhile and leave. It has been 5 months since I signed the contract to install my unit and duct work and after several attempts of them coming out to try to correct the problem they finally finished although I had to finish some small stuff that was left to be done my self. Though they may be great at repairing units and getting them going again they need a lot better leadership on installations of complete units and duct work. Would not recommend them to do new installments to anyone.

Tyler and Brian came out to fix my unit this week. They were professional and personable. They worked extremely hard and did everything they possibly could to get it running again.

This is probably the third or fourth time I have had this company come out and do maintenance on my unit. They are on time, fair, and transparent. I have a lot of respect for the employees. The owner should be proud.

Had ducted minisplit installed upstairs that flooded my attic and ruined my downstairs master bedroom. The unit ended up costing over $37,500 in damages, repairs, & the unit. Having current issues with unit & the owner refuses to send anymore tech’s out (Christian) until he approves of my “intent” on getting this issue fixed as a “whole”.

Excellent service, on time and knowledgeable. Brian was great and went well beyond what he was suppose to do. He fixed things that was not on the estimate at no extra charge. He was courteous and cleaned up the job site after he was done. He was quick and got the cold air flowing back in my house. I'm so glad that I went with Eagle Pro. Reasonable prices and good service. Hard to find these days.
P.S. Brian fixed the last guys mistakes.

We were more than pleased with Eagle pro from the people at the answering service to the tech, Brian. They came the same day we called and Brian was very friendly, informative, and professional and in less than an hour he had our unit up and running better than it has in quite a while. We highly recommend Eagle Pro!
