An honest contractor is tough to find. Go with Art Willden at this company. He was absolutely not out for the money, but explained how easy it would be to encapsulate the little bit of non friable asbestos I have. He was kind and calm, explaining the simplicity of my issue, when everyone else has been doomsday talking about how awful, how I will owe many many thousands of dollars.
Holy smokes, if I could just find contractors this honest, this nice all the time, I would be leaping for joy to do my home repairs.
