In any insurance claim case I'm sure there are inevitable headaches. Of all the headaches that occured throughout my claim Earth Resource Group was nothing short of professional in every aspect. Their excellent communication and hard work show from Nakisha in their office to the men in the field. Having an older home abatements are necessary for most if not all upgrades and aside from my insurance claim I WILL be using them in the future for my abatement needs. Thank you everyone at ERG! 🙏

This is a company vehicle, operating on a Saturday when they appear to be closed on weekends. Driver drove up on the shoulder of the road to pass us in the far left lane. We were already going 80mph, while they tailgated for us to drive faster. Once the driver was able to get in front of us, driver slams on the brakes trying to make us hit them. After switching lanes to avoid driver, the driver swerved their vehicle toward ours several times to the point where we had to swerve and almost hit other drivers. Then driver gets in front of us again with no signal. Then proceeds to drive on the other shoulder of the road and comes to a complete stop. When reaching out to the owner ( Steve Schafer ), we were advised that “drivers can be out of character.” We were also advised that on weekends only those of seniority or the superintendents are allowed to drive the vehicles. When looking into the staff, it seems that a lot of them have poor driving records which include RECKLESS DRIVING and 16-20mph over the speed limit. Due to windows being heavily tinted, we were unable to identify the driver. However, the driver had a beard, wore glasses, with a baseball cap. The owner ( Steve Schafer ) has yet to confirm who was driving the vehicle and what course of action was taken. He advised that “the HR lady is taking the appropriate steps with employees.” We are completely traumatized. How will anyone be certain that this driver isn’t putting other drivers at risk again? How do we know this person hasn’t caused a deadly accident and kept driving? I want confirmation of who this individual is and what course of action was taken, because this is considered “attempted assault with a deadly weapon.” As well as complete disregard of safety. I hope this reaches the appropriate individuals, as this is a liability to this company.
