As a part of our new home remodel (yes, that's right.. thank you Pulte...not) we had a mini-split AC unit installed by Eco Clima in our single car garage. Over the past year we noticed that the temperature did not seem to be accurate and was inconsistent. Eco Clima technicians validated that the unit was not operating properly and after consultation with the manufacturer, could not be fixed. They placed a warranty claim on my behalf, but unfortunately Daikin did not honor the warranty. At this point the owner, Omar, decided to replace the unit anyway and did so with a newer, more efficient model without any request on my part. The installation and operation was flawless as were their prior visits. I would highly recommend this company as one who truly takes care of their customers, even when it is someone else's fault. Eco Clima installed a mini-split for me in 2024. They explained the technology and options clearly, answered any questions I had, and performed the work very professionally. I've dealt with several HVAC contractors in town and they are by far the best in terms of quality of service, honesty and fair pricing. The techs seemed well trained, are very polite and professional and as a plus they send pictures of work performed and educate you as to what options you have to complete a repair (They don't just tell you to replace the unit as other contractors might). Highly highly recommended!
