The install was a bit hard to watch at some points since they sent one guys that actually fell asleep on the roof, Josh was main installer and seemed good, but now less than 3 years later we are having a few issues with the inverter and they want to change us over $700 dollars to come and see whats going on with it and it has a 10 year warranty for all thats worth. As always anymore there really is no warranty since you have to pay so much to have someone fix whats wrong with the product they installed and swore by

Title: Avoid Eco Management Systems at All Costs!

I feel compelled to warn others about my dreadful experience with Eco Management Systems. This company is the epitome of unprofessionalism and has caused me nothing but frustration and disappointment.

Firstly, their communication is virtually nonexistent. Once they secured my business, getting any updates or responses from them became an impossible task. Calls, emails, and messages were consistently ignored, leaving me completely in the dark about the progress of my project.

Speaking of progress, the delays were beyond unacceptable. What was supposed to be a straightforward project stretched out to an agonizing two years. Yes, you read that right—TWO YEARS! Each month brought a new excuse, and the promised completion date kept getting pushed back with no end in sight.

To add insult to injury, their sales tactics were downright slimy. They promised the moon and stars to get my business, only to deliver nothing but headaches and empty promises. Their initial pitch was filled with grand assurances, but it quickly became clear that they were more interested in securing a sale than actually delivering on their commitments.

If you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear of Eco Management Systems. Their unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and extreme delays make them a company to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable and trustworthy company to handle your project.

I’m going through a lawsuit against this scam artist that take advantage of innocent hard working families.My solar system doesn’t produce no energy.I was promise to save on my electric bill but that was lie not only is my electric bill higher because I get to pay on a higher rate but I have a solar system bill to pay . I have reach both Johnathan king ,Robbie and to this date no help. I am reaching to Chanel 3 on my side to help me out with this scam.They don’t provide details only let sugar coat to make us buy system

I would advise to use extreme caution when choosing to do business with this company. I've found they lack the ability to follow through on commitments they make. They will promise a lot of things, and even when they are in writing, their ability to live up to their own agreements has proven to be non-existent.

I refer all of my friends and family to Eco Management Systems! When I met with their solar reps, they treated me like family and did not come off as your typical sales guys looking for a quick buck.

Instead they took the time to fully educate me on what kind of solar panels and complete system was needed to create the best overall energy savings for my family. Their knowledge, attention to detail, and straight forward approach let me know they truly are passionate about serving me as a customer.

I also discovered they actually do the solar construction installation themselves, instead of outsourcing to another company. If I could give them 10 Stars I would!

It’s rare to find a family company that gives full transparency on the ins and outs of the solar industry. They even offer tips on how to get the optimum savings on my energy usage. Plus I can earn extra income by referring people I know to consider doing business with Eco!

I have personally been able to meet Chris & Isaac, two of their top leaders in the company, and these guys are Phenomenal! I highly recommend anyone considering going Solar to work with Eco Management Systems! Hands down this company is the Best in the business I’ve connect with!

I have to admit I was incredibly hesitant to go with solar! I was afraid of shady salesman and long contracts and hidden information. None of that here! The team at Eco Management Systems helped me feel confident with the information and service provided! When I call them I get a call back! Imagine that! When I ask a question I get an intelligent and complete answer. They have gone above and beyond to be sure I am a happy customer. I look forward to working with this company in the future.

Unfortunately, I believe our project (involving installation of a battery back up system), may have been a little too tricky for the team to fully deliver on within the scope of the original contract. More consistent communication would have been helpful in the process, but many times the requests for more information/communication were ignored and or severely delayed. It is understandable that there are multiple sides/perspectives to an experience and this is mine. I’m confident the company also has a perspective that likely involves blame-shifting. This absolutely makes sense because they want to stay in business and by shifting blame to the customer, they believe it could absolve them of responsibility regarding their services and communication. It is up to you as the potential future customer to decide how to move forward. Do research, ask questions, and make sure your contract includes everything you are wanting in detail.

I'M NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND THEIR INSTALLERS, Solar Professionals of Illinois. Bad bad bad and bad service. I just installed this ps solar system with this company on April 2022, and just couple of months the inverter had problems and I tried to contact a professional service person with this company but I just received calls from the office staff trying to explain me how to fix it and I told them what was the problem with the inverter, and they dont sent any professional to my home. Today is October,30 and Im still paying two bills, the whole bill of Comed and the solar panels loan. And this is the only part of this story....
