Ecofocus of Alaska is amazing with their services and communication. My husband and I came home to a freezing pipe burst with over 49 inches of water in our crawl space. I spoke to Lisa and she was able to get a team to our house immediately. Lisa truly cares about what you need and she went over and beyond to make sure that we understood the process of restoring our home. Jon and Justin were the techs that worked on our home. They were friendly, kind, professional, and above all they were both very knowledgeable. The techs were readily available to answer questions, explain things, and they never made us feel rushed in making any decisions. We knew we were in good hands with Ecofocus of Alaska. The three men that worked to find a mitigate damage done in my home due to a broken pipe in a kitchen wall was professional, detailed, efficient. They regularly communicated to me what the were doing and why they were doing it. Their care ensured that no further damage was a result of what they were doing. Even before this review, I took time to make sure that the owner of the company knew that her workers were doing a great job for me as they earned a paycheck from her.
