Quick response time They tell you they'll come out for a free estimate which in reality is a sales pitch. I felt the cost of service was exorbitant. Tech while friendly and knowledgeable pretty much preached the doom and gloom of ants which is meant to hook you into buying the service. I really ought to have given a rating of 1.it is fascinating to see that they are listed as 100% positive when clearly I am highly dissatisfied I

Great customer Service, Peter was more than willing to help educated our household on the pest issues we had and how to prevent them from coming back again. Ecoguard was fantastic. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. When they sprayed around the outside of the house, they took the time to move a grill and plants to ensure nothing dripped on them. On top of that, we had carpenter bees in the swing set and they sprayed it and picked up all the toys and took the swings off so nothing dripped on them. We would have moved it for him, but he just took it upon himself to do it. Such great service. So far it seems to have solved the problem. Would highly recommend!

I have used EcoGuard twice to spray for small black ants. The company is very responsive in setting up an appointment, and the techs are always on time and explain everything thoroughly. They use product that is very safe for kids and pets, which is important to me. The first time they sprayed, I didn't see ants inside for 2 years.
