We'd give zero stars if it were possible. Service used to be good but over the last year it's gotten very unreliable. Trash is supposed to be out by 7 am and I've seen the truck come through at 6 am (when it actually does bother to come) so we've learned to put it out the night before. We pay for twice weekly pickup and are getting pickup once a week most weeks and we don't get credited for missed days. I understand when there's a snowstorm but that's not the case for most of our missed days. Phone always goes to voicemail and I've gotten ONE CALL BACK for a dozen messages left. Customer service is poor. Don't waste your time or money on this company - we're switching companies as soon as our service period is up.

Wow Anne Arundel County takes the cheapest bid clearly and get what it pays for. No professionalism, slamming trash cans breaking them claiming no responsibility leaving trash in the street…or just plain not stopping..,rude customer service the route supervisor I encountered couldn’t even spell my name and it’s not that tough..,the woman who awnsers the phones could not be rider either horrible company and yes I wish zero stars was an option..,,how do we reach out to the county not to deal with these folks

I cannot describe in words how I feel about the customer service this company offers. Management is horrible and try getting a hold of someone on the phone is a nightmare. On January 30th, one of their dump trucks hit my parked GMC Siearra pickup truck that was parked in my driveway. It is now March 1st, and my vehicle has not been repaired or an adjuster to look at it. I have been with this company for many years and the service and management is getting worse by the year. All I want is my trashed to be picked up on time and my vehicle repaired. I am not happy at all with their service and the way I am being ignored about the damage done to my vehicle.

This company is contracted by the City of Westminster to provide trash & recycling pick-up. I've noticed recently that one truck was picking up both. Upon closer inspection of my Nest camera, I could tell that it was not a split truck. My neighbor has noticed the same. I called the company to ask about the service and what I noticed. The rep told me that she knows that the truck is split. I told her it was not and that I saw it as I pulled out of my driveway. I asked what could be done about this and her reply was, "what do you want us to do about it?" I then asked to speak to a supervisor. The “supervisor” gets on the phone and immediately tells me that “…we have had this conversation before and like I've told you before, they are split trucks in my area.” I informed her that this was the very first time that I have ever called. She replies “yeah, right”. She then tells me if I have problems with their service to contact the City of Westminster. I normally don’t like to leave reviews about poor service as everyone has different experiences, but after reading other reviews here it is easy to see that customer service and dependability is a real issue with this company. If you have another option, go with it.

They stopped showing up at our house - no notice. We called to ask what was happening and were told for two consecutive weeks that we should just wait - they would be there.

After we sent an email describing the situation, they said it was because the road was closed. No apology for the poor customer service. (And the road closure? One end of the road has been closed for two months. Didn’t stop them from picking up the previous six weeks.)

Find another service. They’re cheap for a reason.

I have had this company for 4 years. First three years were fine. This last year I have not received a quarterly bill at all from them. I have to call at least 3 times before I receive a statement every three months. Also they have not pick up are trash 3 different times this year. When you call to complain you always talk to the same young woman that refuses to let you speak to a billing department and is very rude. My bill is late ever quarter due to this companies lack of professionalism and inadequate employees. It seems because we are a private residence and not in the townships of Carroll County were they get bulk paid for there service they don't really care about your business. Our bill was due on the first I have called twice still no statement. This company is horrible.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! If that didn't make you reconsider, then read on. I had ESRR for almost 10 years. This year, it became the worst company I've ever dealt with. They missed two pick up dates and I called to rectify. They came the next week and then missed the next two weeks. I called again. They came the next week and then missed the next week. After three calls and seven missed weeks, I canceled my service on July 22. I had paid through the end of the year so I should have been refunded for August-December (5 months - $70). They absolutely refused to refund me for all of the missed pick up dates. It's now September 13 and still no refund in sight. I have called approximately 10 times and spoken to Allison, Erika, Kelly and now a new person today. None of them can approve a refund and you are NOT allowed to talk to their supervisor - i.e., the person who needs to approve the refund in the first place. They have promised to call back every time and I have yet to ever get a call back. Supposedly, there has been some amazing level of turnover and the whole company has gone down the drain. Once again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I agree with recent reviews. Used them for years without issue. But last year has been very poor service. Yes, the woman representative Allison is nice, but can never resolve anything. Zero stars is what my rating should be, because I've received zero trash pickups for 6 weeks, including all of June. My trash stewed in the sun, smelled awful, and infested by maggots. I paid my bill and got zero service. And Allison would NOT refund my payment, despite my multiple complaints! Done with this horrific company!
