They did a good job of installing the system a few years ago. I recently wrote a new, negative review because I was having trouble reaching them to service my system - turns out that they're having some internal changes that caused them to miss my messages but we've since got it sorted out and they did a wonderful job at fixing my connectivity issues and replacing one of my panels. Highly recommend them especially for the servicing and maintenance aspect!

I had a great experience with Ecology Solar! I appreciated Charlie’s attention to detail and willingness to make sure everything was exactly right. He installed bird guard around my panels and even corrected some work done by another local solar company that could have caused major problems later on down the road! He even documented and took photos of the issues he found so that I could fully understand the situation. Additionally, he was able to come out quickly which prevented any further damage that the birds were inflicting on my roof. The customer service was fantastic and the cost to have the bird guard installed was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Our solar installation process, from initial planning to final completion, has gone extremely well. The staff at Ecology Solar kept us informed about each stage of the process, and our timeline went smoothly. Because of the nature and pitch of our roof, our installation required a little extra planning. We appreciated that safety was an important consideration throughout the process. Each of the employees that we worked with was friendly and helpful. We definitely would recommend Ecology Solar to any family looking to install solar panels on their home.

I'm the proud owner of a once-again functioning solar array in Louisville. My array - admittedly old school (installed 2009) - had diminished substantially in production. It has outlived the original installer and two subsequent maintenance companies. Since 2021, the array has been hobbled - I thought it was just gone. Enter Charlie Wilde of Ecology Solar. Charlie's insights, knowledge, and mostly perseverance lead to the resurrection of the array one week ago, and 14 years after it first started production. I'm happy to report that all panels are now humming along. It would not have been possible without Charlie's attention. Further, on the human side, Charlie is insightful, smart articulate and passionate about his mission of sustainability. I'll admit that some of the best times during the process of discovery and repair of my array were the times spent in conversation and reflection with Charlie while awaiting inverters to configure. Charlie can certainly get the job done - no doubt - but at the end of the day, he's also the kind of specialist that one wants to work with in this endeavor, and just a good person overall.

I got 8 solar quotes (a bit excessive, I know), and Ecology Solar was in my top 2. They offered competitive pricing on reputable panels and Enphase microinverters, and both Richard and Charlie were a pleasure to work with - responsive, knowledgeable, and never pushy. I received slightly better pricing through one other installer, who completed my project. But if I ever did another solar project, Ecology Solar is definitely on my short list, and I'd encourage you to get a quote from them for your solar project if you haven't done so already.

I purchased my residential rooftop solar system through Ecology. Nichole and Ben were extremely knowledgeable and helped to build/revise a design plan that fit my best solar profile since Ecology is only company I found that carries multiple panel brands. Lorenzo was fantastic as a project manager and very responsive to any questions/updates. The installation team was on-time, diligent and cordial throughout the process. The team managed everything with the power company and this could not have been any easier for me; all while being the absolute BEST PRICED of the ~20 quotes I obtained. (half the price of some of the largest companies even with a larger system!) Absolutely would and have recommended Ecology to anyone looking at solar near Denver.

We decided to install solar panels this year and started researching our options. I learned a lot doing research and contacted six solar companies. Several of those took care to further educate me about options. Among those that offered the type of inverters that I decided upon, Ecology Solar was the stand out winner. Ben provided detailed information customized to our home. His no-pressure, relaxed, and honest manner was much appreciated. In addition, the estimate he provided was the lowest cost/watt. Truthfully, we would have chosen Ecology Solar over the others, even if the cost would have been more. I was not disappointed. From the time we signed the contract to the moment our system went live, the incredibly professional staff were with us every step of the way. I didn't have to worry about what the next steps would be, because Lorenzo was "on it", and made sure to keep me updated. Tyler and the rest of the installation team did a great job, and even took the time to wrap the conduit around the corner under the soffit, to accommodate our plans to add a pergola along the back of our home. The whole system works great and even looks great. Company owner Charlie has assembled a great team of knowledgeable and friendly solar professionals.
