Econo Air Technicians Vince and Louis changed out my L2 interior coil and exterior condensing unit on 8/7/24. Both men were well trained and knowledgeable in their field as well in addition to being hard workers. They displayed great customer relation skills and were extremely conscientious. During install they reviewed the scope of work with me (I am temp. unable to walk) via photos and kept me updated during the installation. They brought existing issues with the old install to my attention via photo and reviewed the photos of the finished install with me. They provided pictures of testing of pressure, vacuum and final running parameters. This is going above and beyond in my opinion. In the end Vince and Louis produced a high-quality install with no issues or hassles and it was a relief having them install the new system. Every contractor should possess their qualities.
I will look first to Econo Air for all my future HVAC needs and will make it a point to request Vince and Louis.
