When I first walked in, I had to call the front desk three times before somebody finally came to check me in. Phone just rang over and over. During my 3rd call, the guy finally showed up. The first thing I noticed was the lobby looks like it hadn't been vacuumed in a few months. First let me start off by saying I don't mind an old hotel that's outdated. My problem is the cleanliness. The bed and the carpets were filthy. From dirt and hair, to who knows what else. See for yourself. On the plus side, the bathroom was the only thing clean.

Very bad place to stay. The trash outside was full and trash all over the ground. The shower had hair in it and the fan in the ceiling was gone and a bunch of dirt was hanging from it. On top of that we stayed at this place cause it had a pool and hot tub which were both broken according to the guy. We looked in the pool room and was full of old furniture and air conditioners. We tried to stay elsewhere but the other hotels were booked

Either gave my room away to someone else or just being plane lazy. I drove 5hrs right away after work only to come here and find out they gave my room away or just didn't take it down. It is now 11:45 at night. When I asked all the guy at the desk could say was I don't have any rooms even after my booking was confirmed. Back of the place looked empty too. I'm tired of these janky places...

Horrible. Check out is at 11, but every 15 minutes since 9 am was my door knocked on by staff trying to clean my room, which is funny since it was filthy and aged. No one at front desk in the morning, all for $130? This place was BAD.

Better than I expected! The interior seemed re-done recently and the ceiling fan in the room was a bonus. Everything was clean, breakfast was limited (but to be expected with continental), and the hotel was quiet, which was nice.

Doesn’t look much when you roll up, but this place was really great. Surprisingly really really quiet, clean and good size rooms and very comfortable bed. Shower was strong and hot, plenty of coffee in the room and the usual breakfast on in the morning. Aircon was quiet and good set of channels on the TV. Hotel was close to some good restaurants, fast foods and Walmart Supercenter. Will definitely stay here whenever I come thru La Junta. Price was very reasonable, it was a Monday nite when I stayed. Now on my favorites list. ?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We’ve been here several times because our son plays baseball for the local college. Friendly front staff and HONEST!! We didn’t notice but my husbands beats fell out of his bag and the hotel called and said they had them. The only thing I can say that’s bad is the train lol.

The hotel room was very disgusting. There was mold and it smelled horrible of it. There was also bed bugs and dirt all in the beds. I asked the person working at the front desk to come in my room and smell it and she said it was the flower from the vacuum. I asked for a refund and she was very rude and said she would not refund me. She was cussing and was completely out of line for zero reason. There were also dead rats all outside the building. My son is medically complex and I tried explaining that to her. Please do not come to this place. It's absolutely disturbing.
