I requested estimates from two companies prior to making my decision. The prices were about the same and I decided to go with EcoStrike because they came highly recommended and the owner Lamar was very straight forward and was empathetic to our situation.

Once I had agreed to the proposal, operations manager Zach was able to schedule the start of the remediation within 48 hours. His team was nothing but professional. They were on time, worked full days, only removed the walls that were necessary, and were careful with our belongings.

The post-remediation mold inspector (whom I hired independently) was also impressed with EcoStrike's work.

If you ever unfortunately need the services of mold remediator, this is the only company you need to call! Owner Lamar Moore walked me through the daunting process on day 1 of our gruesome mold discovery and was always there to answer questions, lend support & a sympathetic ear - even during a subsequent hurricane when I know he was slammed. Insurance adjusters, leak inspectors, mold inspectors, public adjusters, other mold remediators, hvac experts, duct cleaners, HOA managers...I quickly learned most were only interested in what they could make, or not take responsibility for causing, at our expense. Lamar and Ecostrike's Project Manager Sara were always there for me. Lamar's deep knowledge of the world of mold even allowed him to suggest a change in the ac blower speed to our experienced hvac tech which remedied much of the moisture problem immediately. I also quickly learned by obtaining quotes from some of Ecostrike's competitors that this is a scary, and sometimes unethical business. Learn from my experience and avoid it all by chosing Ecostrike. A special mention goes to Mario & his team who scrubbed mold from every inch of our home, including the ceilings. I can't even imagine how they accomplished all they did, especially in protective gear in 90+ degree heat. We are so grateful to them for saving our home and what furnishings they could. I wish I could give a higher rating for the entire Ecostrike team because they all earned it!

The second outstanding experience with EcoStrike. The first was over mold damage, and this experience was over water damage caused by a burst water heater.
EcoStrike was recommended to me and it was a great recommendation. In both instances they were very professional, very skilled, very pleasant, and price wise very fair. A perfect combination. Lamar at EcoStrike was a pleasure to work with. We had major mold issues in an older home we purchased, and EcoStrike came highly recommended by a friend. Lamar got to our home quickly and gave us a competitive quote for the work. He was able to start the mold remediation swiftly, and we were able to move in to our home by the target date. He repaired the drywall afterward as well and it looked seamless.

Once we moved in, I needed help with another (unrelated) issue inside our home with very little notice, and Lamar was able to find time in his schedule to help me out.
