Employee lied about supervisor not knowing the location of safety posters and resources around the store. Marked us for 4 criticals when some of the resources he claimed the supervisor did not know were not asked about at all. Not happy at all with your organization and you must evaluate your employees for accuracy on their notes and evaluations. Very disappointing.

Been getting audited by this company for a few years. They are inconsistent. One guy will give us a 94 while the next gives us a 66 and nothing has changed in our practise. We'll get a "critical" cus an employee sink was missing paper towels. But the next auditor will mention it, we fill it up, and won't bother putting it on the report as a "critical". What a joke. No reason to take their reports seriously when the health inspector comes in, says everything is fine, and leaves without mentioning any issues. Maybe cus they're realistic about things. If I had 8 arms like a spider I could've gotten to filling up the towel dispenser while I was busy doing all the more important tasks. If the other 2 sinks were also out of towels, I might've deemed it important. They're not an authority on food safety. They're an authority on whether the franchise takes money from us or not. Auditing is not a respectable job. It doesn't make the world a better place, it just helps companies exploit their partners.

I’ve been trying to contact this company for some time now about a concern that they are paid to deal with! Yet after all that time, ZERO RESPONSE! No call backs, no emails, no acknowledgement of my many efforts in many different ways to speak or communicate with someone!!! Pathetic!
