Very dishonest, Jacob makes tons of empty promises while writing estimates and Eddie’s answer is to simply refuse to honor what you have been told. They start trying to scam your insurance for more money before they even have your vehicle on site. Wanna get screwed this is the place to go, wanna be lied to this is the place to go, wanna get caught up in a nightmare this is the place to go. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that is a reputable company instead of this place.

ABSOLUTELY T H E B ES T !!!!!!!!! They always do an excellent job!!!!! I hit a deer in Kentucky this time and they fixed my 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid minivan to look better and function A LOT BETTER than it did when I bought it last August!!! This is my first hybrid, and although I am HUGE fan of the Chrysler Pacifica minivan, I am not a huge fan of hybrid so far. Since I got it back, I think there may have been something wrong with it before, and it is a world of difference on everything overall!!! THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST COLLISION REPAIR FACILITY IN THE SOUTH, IF NOT THE ENTIRE U.S.!!!!!!!! A+++++++++++

We were visiting red bay Alabama and needed some body work done on our new truck. We were referred to Eddie’s AutoBody, we were told having a new truck this was the repair facility to use. We went to their shop, worked with Alan and Jacob, and explained we were only in town for a week. They got us in the next day gave us a ride to our campground repaired the truck and dropped us off. They did an outstanding job on our vehicle, I can’t say enough about the quality of their work, integrity, customer service and thoroughness of explaining the repairs. They worked with our insurance company and communicated with with us throughout on the status. So say the least their outstanding shop.

My family has used Eddie's Collison and Repair several times over the years and I don't plan to use anyone else. I love the quality of the work they do but more than that, I appreciate the respectful, honest way I am treated by any member of their family run business. They are as upfront as they can be about any wait time. I remember one time, a few years ago, I was about to leave as Eddie and his wife noticed a storm brewing. It waa closing time and near the holidays (and his wife had already earlier mentioned plans they had for family baking, but they insisted I wait a few minutes till the worst of it passed.
My father was a used car dealer and our car repairman for his immediate family for years. When he was getting to the age of not being able to easily do things himself, I was so pleased Daddy put his stamp of approval on the choice I made for the repairs I needed. We live in deer country and I had the need of Eddie's Collision several more times before my daddy passed away. I can still see my daddy in his driveway nspecting the end results of the repairs. He was ALWAYS pleased and would tell me how good a job they did and that he wouldn't have even been able to spot the areas himself as repairs vs original of he hadn't seen it prior. He loved to give advice and would tell me I just needed to stick with them. I would, of course, always let him think I chose them due to his recommendations. Brenda Mills Mann
