Bought sod yesterday and had to return it today, sometimes we need to decide if the quality isn't right for sale. Today both owners got very upset we rejected the sod and could only point out the years they've been in business. Now we are a long time customer of theirs and normally had no issue with quality and didn't understand why they got so unprofessional and disrespectful because we returned the poor quality sod. Our customers deserve the best quality at all times no matter what. Eddie claimed he laid 16 pallets of this same sod and I hope is wasn't because this was the worst sod I've seen in 30 yrs. I'll post a Pic of sod we bought vs the sod they left in our work truck.

The really green and thick sod is from another supplier locally. The last picture is eddies sod he claimed he laid 16 pallets of the same quality yesterday. 8/8/2024

The whole staff is amazing! I have been doing business for a couple years now and have never had an issue with service or did. The sod I bought yesterday was a little bit brown in spots but this the February and I purchased Bahia. It’s not the rainy season it’s the dry season. I will have a beautiful lawn in a couple months. Thank you Eddie and you staff for excellent service and professional care

I had an infestation of Nut sedge a very difficult weed to get rid of and sprayed Roundup for at least a month. I prepared the ground and started to look for sod suppliers. I then remembered Eddies Sod which I used about 7 years ago.

They used to have this tiny supply yard and now have a huge yard with lots of rock boulders and stone as well as sod.

A very businesslike but nice woman runs the show. She is a master skid steer operator. When I was there today to get a half pallet she was handling the office and at least three customers as well as running the skid steer. One of the customers got just five pieces of sod. Nice sod at very reasonable prices. Please notice they keep their sod in the shade.

Great product and service! Linda and Eddie are awesome! I called and left a message asking for a quote for Bahia sod. Linda called me back, took my order, and had quality sod delivered to my property within a few days. Eddie unloaded the pallets and then took the time to instruct me on how to properly install and care for our new grass.

My husband and daughter went there this morning. The woman that answered the bell says to my husband “ what do you want “ he tells her and the gentleman and I use that word very loosely was extremely rude to my husband. Now if I was there I wouldn’t of gone past the woman who answered rudely. DO BETTER !!!!! my husband is a disabled vet and he felt like he was intruding. Needless to say I was very disappointed in the way a business acts towards people these days.

I am so excited to get started laying this sod! Eddie’s Sod delivered it today, and I can’t say enough nice things about them! From the lovely lady Linda in the office to the man that delivered it today- everything went so smoothly, and exactly as planned. And, he even gave me advice on what to do when the stump is removed before planting the grass over it, and how to water it. Overall a wonderful experience!! Great job!
