Lack of communication! Said they called and I have their number blocked because it came up spam! I never record a call nor do I know ow how to block a spam call (believe me I wish I did because I get them all day everyday) the office manager clearly didn’t want my buisness. Probably because I’m 20 minutes away and they do t want to drive! That’s ok, just say that and don’t make up excuses! After several emails back to her and a phone call I got no response! So I emailed to cancel and found someone that will help! Thanks a lot! I’ve used y’all a few times I. The past and you clearly didn’t want to do a furnace install and water leak at my home probably lost at least $10-$15k in revenue.

Nick did a great job getting our upstairs guest bathroom toilet running again. Old houses come with old plumbing! Reasonable price, honest service, and he left it as clean as he found it! Thanks for getting us in quickly, too.

Wouldn’t recommend them at all . The receptionist is rude as hell about answering any questions on when this part they ordered 3 weeks ago was going to come in to fix our boiler. Was told they would call us back never did or gave us some excuse they are on vacation. Even had my mother in law call and they gave her the same lines of bs. We have a newborn at home and it’s continuing to get colder. Hence why we called weeks ago before the cold fronts. Lack of empathy and care for their customers. Don’t even waste your time calling them .

Ed’s has always been professional and curtious when handling any issue at my mother-in-laws home. The techs are easy to talk to and helped us to understand our problem. The situation ended up being under a warranty and Ed’s was great about handling the manufacturer contact and getting her air unit up and running.

I had Ed’s install a Water Heater and they were out here less than 2hrs. I checked there work and everything looked fine an hour later I went into the room to grab something and saw it was leaking. I immediately called Ed’s and told them it was leaking. They sent another technician out to fix the leak. I received the bill for the installation and they charged me $465 for labor when they were out here less than 2hrs. When I called they said the reason I will billed so much is the technicians that installed it said they told me it was leaking and I said don’t fix it. Why would I have a new tank installed and not stop a leak. I will NEVER have Ed’s do any work for me as this is not the first time something like this has happened. I don’t feel like it’s right that I have to pay for their incompetent technicians and shady way they overcharged me. Be especially careful when having them do any work. If I was you I’ll take a before and after picture that way it time stamped and shows their incompetence and you’ll see you will be overcharged too.

Every technician we’ve had has always been knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. We have a fairly complicated boiler system which they have upgraded and maintained for us. We’ve had a pipe burst the night before we went on vacation and ed’s was here first thing in the morning to get us fixed and the water back up and running. Also every piece of work they’ve done for us looks incredibly professional.
