I googled Steve's office to give him a call this morning and noticed he only had four stars. I looked at the previous comment that did not rate them well and I couldn't disagree more with that rating. The office staff are some of the nicest people you could get. They answer quickly and promptly respond to any questions I have. Our family has been with Steve's office for well over 10 years and could not be happier. Thank you all!

Great company, great Advisor! Edward Jones advisors are the best in the business and Steve Medford is one of there best. His commitment to his clients is obvious and his staff is awesome. If you're not a "hometown" boy they have no interest in helping you. If not from Jerseyville, don't waste your time with these guys! Office staff was rude.
