Total waste of time.

They prepared an offer for a heat-pump , took my downpayment but never showed up to install it. After 60 phonecalls, 50 emails, contacting their CEO and talking to our lawyer. We finally got our money back after one year, yet lost a year of improving our heating system and wasted days on technical visits, emails and calls. No compensation gives for my loss of time.

They never answer except with vague emails.
They have no technical knowledge
Their CEO does not mind if a customer is totally dissatisfied.
This will not happen with my customers.

They deserve zero stars, but I need to give them one in order to write this review.

Absolute waste of time. Asked for a prime when we had bought a woodburner. As my partner and me aren't married, we don't have the same family name and the invoice was on his name. Effy though told us o get a declaration of hounour from the Vendor, saying that we both had bought it. Actutally told us twice. Drove all the way there to get it (1,5h in the car) and after month and month of them not getting back they now refused it due to the fact that the invoice was on his name. Woman on the hotline said we were right and that it had all been visible in the history of our case but her superiors still rfused it. I spent at least a day on the phoen to tehm/on my way to the bricolage and writing emails) Can't believe how bad they are
