I wanted to take time to share my experiences with this company. From the first day I called them. A young lady answered the phone. Her name was Paolo. From this day forward, it was the best experience I had for the replacement of my roof in Solivita,. One of the gentlemen I like to give a shout out to. It’s Pablo Hernandez, who really represented this company quite well. If anybody out there is looking for a recommendation. Do not go any further ELEMENTS is the way to go. Besides the price being right the product being at its best. The workmanship is with them very satisfied with. I was not home for the rip off in the install. Pablo kept calling me with updates. Send me pictures. I was very satisfied. And just to let you know there was no surprises what they said they were going to do it was done.. If I give them more than five stars I would. I recently contacted Elements Home Solutions Inc. , and I was pleasantly surprised by their prompt response the very next day to schedule a visit. They were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable which made me feel at ease throughout the process. One standout feature was the use of a drone for the roof inspection, which allowed me to see the issues firsthand instead of them just telling me. Although I haven't done business with them yet, my initial experience was very positive, and I appreciate their attention to detail and commitment to customer service. Highly recommend the company!
