We recently completed a $1.3M Building Restoration Project with Elevated Engineering Services (EES) providing the project engineering oversight. I was impressed with the EES's capabilities and technical expertise. EES visited our building to ensure adherence to building codes & verify the work progress. EES's lead engineer, Dan Sapp, chaired a weekly / bi-weekly meetings between the contractor and the Board of Directors where he expedited the resolution of identified issues. The compete job was completed 2 months ahead of schedule and under budget. As a result of Dan's leadership, our Milestone Report will shows NO issues. Elevated Engineering was the engineering firm for Yacht Haven Condominium when we painted the building and did some spalling repair work as well as replaced our railings. Both Dan and Brian were great to work with! They were very detailed in their inspection and helped to guide us as we determined what surface to use as we removed some original siding from our 42 year old building. They were on time and on budget. We also selcted them to do our state required building inspection. In a past project we worked with a very large engineering company that didn't do nearly the good work we got from Elevated. I highly recommend them!

Dan and Brain at Elevated Engineering are true professionals in every sense of the word. They are experts in the field of structural engineering, incredibly responsive and able to reduce a very technical, detailed process to layman's terms.

Our condo building was experiencing water intrusion, and several contractors and inspection services were either unable to discover the source of the leaks or incorrectly diagnosed the problem and solution. Elevated Engineering systemically and thoroughly performed water testing on the building and was able to pinpoint the source of the leaks.

Elevated produced a detailed report on the problem and the repairs necessary to not only stop the leaks but ensure the situation would not recur for many years. They skillfully produced a project book that detailed the specifications and products necessary to perform the work. Elevated then in conjunction with our Board of Directors solicited bids, reviewed the bids, reduced the competitive range to two offerors, solicited best and final offers and ultimately awarded a best value contract for the required scope of work.

Elevated took on the task of acting as our project manager for the work. The job was quite extensive and took nearly a year to complete. As expected for a job of this scope there were a few bumps in the road and surprises requiring change orders to the original specs. Dan and Brian seamlessly guided us through those stressful times and always kept their focus on adhering to the schedule and budget. They accomplished all of this while keeping the board updated and informed. They were adept at being able to communicate the requirements and changes to the prime contractor and subcontractors with detailed specifications and drawings that could be easily followed and executed. At the same time, they could communicate the same information to the board in terms we could understand and get the required support from our owners.

Dan and Brian were always available by phone, text or email to answer questions immediately. When necessary, they would make additional site visits to survey and resolve problems. They did all of this while being mindful of the funds available to the association. Any issues that could be resolved with a conversation, review of photos or other means that would avoid additional or excessive billable hours were prioritized.

The professionals at Elevated Engineering made a difficult and stressful process go as smoothly as humanly possible. I highly recommend them and will use them again whenever we need structural engineering services.

Our fifty year old Senior Condo Complex in N.E. St. Petersburg was structurally in need of repair due to years of deferred maintenance.
