Our septic alarm started sounding on Friday morning. I filled out a contact form for Elite later that same night, and by early Saturday I got a return call from Anthony. I told him what was going on and he quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad pump. Initially he mentioned that they had a few jobs going and it may be Wednesday before he could get to me. However, he was genuinely concerned that we may start to get water backing up into our house and he said, "You know, I don't think it can wait - I'll come out tomorrow afternoon and we'll see what's going on."

So on a SUNDAY afternoon, Anthony and Chris show up and start sorting out the issue. Turns out our pump was totally shot after 11 years, and Anthony assured me they'd get the replacement in before they called it a day. Thank goodness for Anthony's relationship with the folks at Central Supply in Odenville - they helped him, on a weekend, get the parts needed to do the repair.

Anthony and Chris got back to the house around 6pm and worked tirelessly until 10pm - under the lights - to get us back in business. The guys were so friendly and personable - I honestly felt like I'd called a few of my buddies over to do the job.

It's not easy to find honest, friendly, hard-working folks that will promptly return a phone call and go out of their way on a weekend to take care of a major issue at your house - when you do, you should tell everyone about them. If you're having ANY issues related to your septic system or drainage needs - quit looking around, quit trying to find another number to call, because you won't find better reviews - or better people - than Anthony and Chris with Elite Drain Cleaning & Septic.

We can highly recommend Elite Drain and Septic. We called them out for what we thought was going to be a routine septic tank cleaning. Turned out that our tank was flooded and our header line was completely blocked. Gary and his team cleaned the tank and then called in a repair order. In just a few hours, Anthony and his team came to repair the line. Everyone was professional and courteous. They took care of our yard as best they could. Even went so far as to return the hose pipe exactly the way they found it when they needed to use it. We are very pleased with their work and the company. Call them!

I found Elite Drain & Septic based on an interview with Trussville Tribune when we needed a cleaning or so we thought. Turns out we needed a cleaning but also had a line issue that the guys identified immediately and quickly repaired to avoid any type of backup into our home. The guys worked quickly, arrived timely and cleaned up so well, you can’t even tell the digging that had to be completed. Gary, Anthony and Bethany were all extremely helpful and professional from the initial call for scheduling and completing the work. Lastly and equally important the prices were extremely reasonable.
