Extremely unprofessional. I’ve had a disaster in my backyard for over 3 months currently. I never pestered the pool company that was installing new pool until 2 months came with no forward progress. I then called my salesman to see exactly what the delay was. He told me that they were waiting on the engineer to get back to them. Ok, great. He said he’d reach out and get an ETA. He did so via email and copied me into that email. Nick Turnbull was the person that responded. His response was no less than unprofessional and downright insulting. His response was to immediately blame the homeowner. His email stated he wasn’t going to do the job as he believed that I was going to be a nuisance homeowner and decided he didn’t want to go forward and for us to find a new engineer. I’m sorry, but that’s actually the last thing I am. I waited patiently and just asked a simple question when my pool would begin installation as my yard was washing into the canal.
Everything happens for a reason and I was initially extremely insulted with his accusations. But, I am dealing with the massive delays he’s caused and thankfully have a mature and responsible engineer now.

The team at Elite did a fantastic job with the structural and electrical engineering for new our new home. They even coordinated with the truss company to ensure all the calculations were accurate. Also, they engaged a 3rd party Architect to redraw and correct our drawings to accommodate Florida building codes. Great experience! Would definitely recommend them for any engineering project!
