We requested Ellendale to complete a Phase 1 ecology report as part of our planning application for a site that is situated in a conservation area. Ellendale prepared a first class ecology report that was professional, knowlegable, detailed and satisfactory to Fife Council and all planning conditions. Ellendale also provided all required mitigation as part of the planning conditions, enabling us to progress initial works on-site. We would have no hesitation in using Ellendale again in the future and would highly recommend them.

I required an ecological survey for a site that was contentious and a tricky project. Ellendale Environmental was able to help me at short notice preparing a report suitable for both myself and the council. The ecologists surveyed the land, providing an in-depth report for the ecological value of the site enabling development of the site and proposing mitigation suitable to increase the biodiversity post constriction. I highly recommend Ellendale Environmental and wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future.

Ellendale were able to explain the process to help my project proceed and completed the bat work getting a mitigation licence from Natural England.
