I recently had someone throw a brick through my double-pane window, and I brought it to Elston Ace Hardware #3120 for repair. I dropped it off yesterday, and today it's already repaired. This is an excellent and impressively quick service!

I'm leaving 4 stars for now, only because I haven't had the chance to see the quality of the work firsthand yet—but fingers crossed, everything will be perfect. Overall, I'm very happy with their efficiency and professionalism.

The on floor staff are usually good, however I wanted to return an unopened can of white paint & was told by the manager that he couldn't take it back although he admitted it was the most popular white they sell. White paint. He was angry that I asked. Wasn't friendly at all. Big box return policies and prices are better. Only go here if you have an emergency.

Love this store but upset I spend hundreds here and not all my purchases are being logged into my app rewards/points. I’ve given my number given my membership card and only 4 out of at least 10 purchases are shown. How can I build points if cashiers aren’t making sure my membership is being entered.

I’m so grateful to have this Ace nearby. They’re always courteous and helpful. Today Marion (sp?) went the extra mile to help with a ridiculously complicated issue. He was determined! (He kept saying “Don’t worry - I got you.”) I’m very appreciative.
