Oh my goodness! Let me tell you what! I'm sitting outside of emerald computers right now, and I had to write this review before I drive away.

The two young men that were working today were absolutely fabulous and so very helpful. They helped me with my computer and even my phone.🥳🎉

I can not tell you how wonderful this place is.💯🎯

They saved me SO much stress and kept me from pulling my hair out with frustration. Really nice guys, really know their stuff.

BEST PLACE EVER… had taken my computer to a different repair shop and they took 5 days to do nothing… at Emerald i explained my situation and they got everything done in a few hours and my gaming computer was up and working better then ever before! affordable and super kind and helpful… will walk you through everything you need to know and even things that might pop up in the future. not to mention they have EVERY part you’ll ever need for your computer! 100/10 would recommend to all!

Dawson and Emerson at Emerald Computers were tenacious in applying their expertise and professional skills to replace and upgrade my Dell Inspiron hard drive. It was challenging and took a couple of tries as my failing hard drive was too slow to handle all of the thousands of files I had on it but their perseverance achieved success! I looked all over for PC repair places since my PC is a $2000 custom-built gaming pc, and I couldn't find anyone who seemed reliable, trustworthy, and not grossly expensive. That is, until I found Emerald Computers. From the moment I walked in, I knew this was the right place. Emerald was filled with custom-built PCs, older PCs brought back to life, and PC component boxes lined the walls. Not to mention the huge testing bench in the back. The guy who helped me out, Dawson, was about the same age as me, and he was amazing. He said they charge $35 for testing the PC on their bench, and if it would cost more, the $35 bench fee was waived. Apparently, my RAM was dead, and I needed new ones. They said my computer would be ready the NEXT DAY and that they wanted to do some stress tests to make sure they knew 100% what was wrong. When I went to pick up my PC, Dawson told me which RAM he'd recommend (since he used the same RAM in his PC at home) and told me they didn't have any so I'd have to buy it online or wherever is cheapest. That spoke to me since most places would push you to buy something from them that's marked up or sell you something you don't need. He charged me only $35, and I left feeling confident I went to the right place. Dawson also told me how to put the new RAM in and said if I couldn't do it (which he was confident I could), I could come back for FREE, and he'd do it for me. I have never found a business so transparent and fair. I recommend EVERYONE give them a try if they have ANY issues with their PC, gaming or not. I will always go to them for help. Phenomenal service here. Got prompt attention and got my issue fixed right away even when coming in during the last hour they were open, as I had gone to several other computer repair shops beforehand that were wanting to keep my computer for up to a week and charge around $55 to troubleshoot, complete contrast to the quick service I received here and immediate fix from giving it a quick free look.

Dawson is super passionate about his work and extremely knowledgeable with computers. Come to him for any of your computer needs.
