I went to the twerk class. Not really knowing what to expect however I was blown away. This class is not about working but it’s working your lower body muscles. Even though once you leave your slightly a little sore however it’s well worth it. Ms little bit what is the instructor for the night. Super nice, super chill And a great teacher. I recommend this class for anyone that wants to work on their lower body and add a twist of fun to it.
