Avoid at all costs. Everyone on their teams is unresponsive and unreliable. We were originally told we'd have solar installed 40 days after August of 2022. January it was finally installed and "turned on" at the end of the month. Although now we have panels that aren't working and are now paying both a solar bill and electricity bill. No one in the office will respond unless asking for a manager, and then even then you're never contacted because they're "busy with applications." Maybe let's focus on our current customers instead of getting more on board to screw over. We are told someone is going to come check our panels and no one ever does. Avoid avoid avoid.

Brad is a thief and a liar. He stole $20,000 from me from my loan that was dispursed to EnergyBuilders, for solar, roof and a small balance to be paid back to me. He has not paid the roofer, and has had my money for over a month.

Do NOT do business with these people. We've had the unfortunate experience of working with them and it's been a nightmare. Before the job was complete they asked for a change order and demanded more money. Their crew left the area by our electrical panel a mess and they refused to clean up. Their communication has been terrible. They routinely promise to explain to me what is happening and do not. They don't supply me with the proper documents. One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a contractor. Do yourself a favor and don't go through what I went through.

My Name is Rany Koreel This is not a fake review (using my friends account since his English is better than mine) my name is in there data base it seems every bad review owner says name not in the data base. So my story goes they installed windows in my house and one window was not installed properly and leaked water into my wall which caused significant damage. My brother called spoke to Rachel and just keep getting the run around they even sent the owner and he was very rude. This company just gives you the run around in the end they finally said they will fix the issue after I have fixed it and they told me it will only cost a $150 lol what a joke if any one on here has any questions before doing any business with this company let me know. I can show you how they do business, pictures attached. SO BUYER BEWARE SOUNDS NICE IN THE BEGINNING BUT YOU END UP REALLY PAYING LATER!!!!!!!!!!
