We worked with Wes & Shane from ECS/Better-R-Value a few years ago to make some improvements on our home. These guys not only did a great job, but they also were great communicators as they took us through the whole process (from assessment through the improvements to the test out). It was a pleasure working with them so much that when we recently had a window leak issue (not associated to the storm windows they installed), we reached out to them first to take a look. The guys from ECS were professional and did a great job explaining the purpose of every energy efficiency modification they suggested for my home. They didn't give me a hard time when I declined to do everything they suggested, and they even took care of all the paperwork for our rebate from Georgia Power. We had an incredible experience with ECS. From start to finish, they were professional, personable & did great work. We'd originally gotten a quote for spray insulation under part of our house and - with ECS' partnership with Ga Power & their helping us maximize getting substantial rebates from them - we were able to get a comprehensive, larger amount of work done for about the same price.

I hired ECS in June to help seal up our newly purchased 65 year old home. They were very efficient and did exactly what they said they would do in a timely manner including filing the Georgia Power rebates for me. They are very knowledgable and I found what they recommended really works. After they finished, my kilowatt usage went from 2352 in June to 1943 in August. That's a 17% improvement in energy usage and the house is more comfortable too! I would highly recommend them if you want to gain efficiency in energy usage and get a more comfortable home.

Energy Conservation Solutions was great to work with. After the audit, we reviewed the full report based on best Return on Investment and they helped chose the upgrades that would give us the most savings. Shane was always available to questions, had great suggestions. Once we decided on the upgrades we were going to make on the house we priced other companies to compare the work but Energy Conservation Solutions was the best price. Their team was friendly, respectful to our house, on time and left the house in great condition on the days they were working.

Shane Matteson and his team did an excellent job with our whole home energy audit and upgrade. They are an authorized provider for Georgia Power, and we were able to obtain 1150$ in rebates for updating our home. Shanes team was very good with communication, email, phone and text. They were very informative in sharing ideas for energy savings and insulation. They were on time, every time! Best of all, we now save money every month, as well as got a check from GP.
