Working with Energy360 Solutions was amazing. I requested a quote and Jim was able to come out the next day. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind and no pressure. I even asked about installing an attic fan and he honestly told me my attic was too small to need it.
The day of the install the crew was here early and definitely started on time. Although my attic was a real challenge for space (my furnace and home humidifier is located there and there is a tiny entrance to the additional space above my bedroom) the crew got right to work and finished quickly.
Other than the obvious improvement of retention of heat, you would never known they were here! My husband loves the work they did around the furnace and sealing the hatch to the attic.

I had Energy360 insulate my 1923 Chicago Bungalow. I have lived here for 11 years and the upstairs bedrooms were reliant on additional electric heat in the winter and non-stop air conditioning the minute it got above 75 degrees outside. I had quotes from 3 other vendors and Jim was the most no-nonsense, least pressure sale, and the only one who really got in to look at the entire job.

They also participate in the People's Gas/Nicor rebate program that made it even more appealing. It wasn't the cheapest option (nor the most expensive), but the most thorough and I think overall best investment. They did a great job making sure my house was protected and cleaned up as they left. The difference is game changing - they added hard foam on the knee walls and blew in insulation along the rest of the attic. The change in comfort level is literally night and day. My only regret is that I waited so long to get this done. This is the best investment I think I've ever made in my home. If you utilize the 2nd floor of your bungalow, the temperature often isn't ideal, and if you haven't done this yet, get it done, and use Energy360 Solutions.

My husband and I recently had our attic insulated by Energy360 and we could not be happier with the service we received. Throughout the whole process, Jim was incredibly nice and professional, and thoroughly answered all of my questions without pushing me to make any decision.

The installers were also so friendly and professional, and they even walked me through all the parts of the agreed upon quote to ensure all the work had been done. They also got the work done very quickly!

It has been a couple weeks now and we have already noticed a huge difference in the comfort of our home. Previously our AC could not keep up on hot days and it was always much warmer in the house than the AC was set to. Now, our house has stayed cool even on 90+ degree days.

I can’t say enough on how wonderful Jim and his team were to work with. Starting with the initial appointment he was timely and spent a considerable amount of time answering all of our questions and he ensured the items that would be covered in the estimate.
We received the final estimate in a timely manner and was able to set an appointment for the following week.
You need to realize I work from home and need a quite environment.
Jim and his team arrived on time the crew went about doing their job with minimal noise and no disturbance. All the work was completed; leaving the area neat and clean.
Couldn’t ask for more than that.
If only all contractors performed there job as well as Jim and his team!

I had three estimates for air sealing and insulation before I called Jim at 360. The first two estimates were decent stating the same things that we needed and said we had no mold in the attic etc. then a third came out and we knew right away with his cocky attitude he was going to try and screw us. Well he did and said we had mold everywhere in the attic and it would be $9,000 or more. Well of course I left them a bad review and found out there is a rebate program through nicor. That’s when I called Jim. He was so professional and even noticed one of our exhaust fans in the bathroom was not working right when the other guys didn’t look deeper into the issue when I mentioned we had moisture stains on the inside walls of the bathroom. He explained everything thoroughly and was so nice and did not oversell. I like that he said we did not need attic fans when other places wanted over $2,000 just for those when it’s overkill. They came on time and his crew was so professional and cleaned up like they weren’t even here. We already notice the air conditioner doesn’t run nearly as much as last summer. It’s not super hot yet but we notice the difference. Highly recommend them , I can’t say enough good things. Most honest people I have ever dealt with.

Initially called and spoke with Jim, who couldn't have been more helpful. I currently have an issue in my home, and Jim was kind enough to spend a great deal of time explaining potentially what took place, and what his company did; as well as his professional opinion, obviously without actually looking at would achieve the best results. From that phone call alone, I'd highly recommend Jim; and his company. Jim was extremely knowledgeable, as well as helpful.
Jim was at my house today, and I'm currently awaiting for his proposal. But again, he was great.

They did a great job insulating our attic and sealing the basement. Great value, patiently and clearly explained the material options and likely gains we could expect. A year plus out, the house seems to be more even in temperature between the first and second floor. The weather has been too wacky to confirm energy savings.
