My solar system was left unfinished by Sunpower. I called EnergyAid to see what they could do. The technician Pascal came on Oct 16. He answered all my questions and was very through. It costed me $299, but that would be refunded when the project started. I got my system diagnostics, in email, on Oct 18, but there was no price for the work. I called and was told a salesperson would get back to me soon. I called on Oct 21, because NO one had called me, and was told a salesperson would get back to me. I asked if I could speak to the salesperson, but was told no.
I called on Oct 29, because NO one had called me. Customer service person noted I had already called last week and stated he would send a note to the salesperson and his supervisor. NO one called me. I called on Nov 11 and the customer service person send an email to the salesperson and two supervisors. Still, NO one has reached out to me. For reference, another solar company gave me a quote within 10 days. I am very disappointed with EnergyAid.

Service was performed. System was updated . Solar panels were cleaned. Erwin was great. Still waiting for app to update, but my system seems to be updating. I need to wait 24-48 hours to view all data. I am pleased so far. Hopefully energy Aid will be able to help us going forward. So far, good.

Geo our EnergyAid technician was awesome !!!
He was on time and very thorough with his service !!! He was friendly and explained everything he did in layman's terms that were clear and easy to understand. We received an emailed follow up report that was extremely detailed. We would use them again and would highly recommend them, especially Geo !!! EnergyAid is fortunate to have someone like Geo on their Team !!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have a SunPower system that stopped functioning. Paid Energy Aid to perform a diagnostic and supply a proposal for repair. Technician was solar knowledgeable but did not know SunPower and speculated that they could not make the necessary repairs without SunPower technical support, The Diagnostic report was submitted, but the proposal to repair did not arrive in the 48 hours promised. After three days I was called by an Energy Aid rep asking me what I wanted to do. I reiterated that I was waiting for a proposal to repair. Again it was promised in 48 hours. After waiting almost a week, I called the rep and he acknowledged nothing had been sent out. i subsequently sent two follow up emails with no response. I still don't have a proposal nor do I have any indication that they know how to repair my system. It would be so much better if they simply told me that couldn't help me, instead they left me in limbo without any insight as to when they would respond, Very disappointed in the lack of follow through from Energy Aid.

Matt and Victor were excellent. They were knowledgeable and courteous. They were helpful in cleaning up the side yard so I could walk through until the rest of the panels are installed. I would like them back for the next set of panels.

Update:
Contacted by energy aide and they came out and performed the repairs. Solar working perfectly now. Thank you energy aide. Repairs completed at a satisfactory level

Been trying to get our solar repaired through this company using our warranty from our solar company. Everyone I talk to gives us the run around. All we need is a simple
Breaker replaced and no one can help us. Meanwhile we are paying thousands of dollars in electricity and solar bills. No one at this company cares

Pascal Becher came out from EnergyAid and inspected my failing 13 year old system. He was timely upon arrival, cordial and very helpful responding to my many questions. He provided direction as to what will be needed to analyze the system production through a needed Enphase gateway, setting me on the appropriate path.

Geo, was very professional. He inspected all the panels and fixed a loose connection, and washed my solar panels. Did a good job and explained what he was doing. No problems, no issues.
