I've been on a wellness journey for a few years, but I still needed more support. Marcy came to my house and patiently helped me go thru my pantry, refrigerator and freezer. Together WE decided what to keep, and what to throw out. She educated me as to why a particular food/sauce etc was keeping me on my path towards wellness and what was derailing my efforts. Armed with information I chose to throw many foods out, but not all. We then organized my pantry by foods to eat as extreme treats (unhealthy stuff I'm not quite ready to give up), food to eat rarely, and foods that can be enjoyed daily. She also gave me suggestions of healthier products to replace those that I love but have chemicals and other toxic ingredients.

I have worked with Marcy to work with my GI issues. And she's extremely knowledgable and listen to my issues. We ran a few tests to narrow down the issues that I have.
