Your service speaks for itself . I wasn’t aware that I had to renotify them of moving because I didn’t finish . They then told me they called a towing company as I asked them to see if they could allow me to move because I was unaware of that . rule . How you can threaten me that you called a towing company when I wasn’t even aware of the rule and you had me waiting for the board members to come for possible approval. Such low class disrespectful behavior . Enforcing fear for what , for asking if you could adjust the rule because I spent 100 dollars on a towing truck and I’m asking if we could move our stuff because we were unaware of the rule of notifying once more .

Ensenada has become the worst place to live in Aventura being the most unsafe and dirty place in the area for the past 3 years.
Board members never work for the best interest of our community, hiring management and security guards companies not having or showing the necessary skills to do something successfully.
They allow guests park their cars on one side at the main entrance road, reducing the required space to drive into or exit the building putting everyone at risk of having an accident, which is a code enforcement violation.
You also can see the security guards golf car parked in front of the club house different times a day or night, because they are resting inside instead of being patrolling ,and more than once I have found a guest car parked on my space making me waste extra time looking for the security guard to ask for assistance and most of them react in a very disrespectful way.
Laundry room tables are broken and maintenance guys never repair them. Garbage container full of trash remains outside the ramp for days obstructing the way .
Buildings has never been painted for more than 10 years I guess, making buildings looking disgusting and dirty .
Manager office remains closed for so many hours per week and they barely answer the phone and when they do is always with actitud .

Careless board members , pushy security only one kind security guard and one lady at the desk that tries to help the people there while the board shows no care . Other people living there feel the same you hear the complaints very often

After background check and interview with the management office we moved in three days ago. The community is amazing place and evrything is in good condition. We hope to make many friends and enjoy our life here.

Great place to live. Apartments are roomy and the views are great. The community is friendly.. I recommend it. Management leaves much to be desired. They don't answer their phones. Rather than helping their community, they trap the cats that keep rodents out of the community (being on an inlet leaves Ensenada open to critters) the cats take care of that. Most communities on the water control pests by having cat colonies!
It has proven to be a positive way to control pests. They are working for Ensenada!
I hope people can be made aware of their mistakes and learn to correct their behavior.

This is the worst place to live the boar member are fakes and don't follow any protocols the reserves have no money the boar member have done 5 assessments without board members approve and lie to th governments saying that the owners voted for it the billing is collapsing almost and the boar member are ok
with some board members don work?
However they live very well
If you want to live with nasty insect , elevator on the stock every minute. Dirty and nasty

I really don't know if is safety place yo live we paid association there for nothing the camaras doesn't work the management doesn't do anything about it the building is falling apart the Ruff is leaking the prior board members change material stuff without no one promotion like all mail boxes they also do work that is not warranty guaranteed every one here is in bad condition if the city come and inspect this place.The owners still haven't realized that the building is being managed by a board of directors without any knowledge, it's unacceptable, the condominium law says that no one should hold office with a bad record, but the president
was in prison, I didn't say it, the news from Aventura County Plus says it... the other members are puppets, handled at the whim of the "president", if as owners we don't
unite like the other associations do, then we will stop being owners. The security guard (Erick) makes reports at his convenience of what happens in the condominium and under suggestions from the current president.
