If you're looking for a lead-based paint inspection, save your money and go elsewhere. Was given a range of pricing, "not to exceed $X,XXX," and a list of rates per hour and for materials. Was not told that the job would be subcontracted out and that I would be paying the subcontractor and the "project manager" for hundreds of dollars in "communication" that consisted of a handful of e-mails. The job came in at the maximum price and only when I asked for an itemized list of charges did I find out that the service was subcontracted out. Could have saved myself hundreds by going straight to the lab that performed the inspection.
