A Truly Wonderful Community Experience:

Living at EnV has been an absolute pleasure, and it has felt like home from the very beginning. As our first home in the United States, EnV exceeded all of our expectations. The staff consistently went above and beyond to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, always greeting us with kindness and understanding.

Their efforts to keep everything running smoothly and maintain beautiful grounds truly made a difference. It’s clear that they are dedicated to making this community a safe and inviting place for everyone.

My partner and I were very picky about where we eventually decided to move into. We both are new to Chicago and wanted to make our first apartment a good one. After tireless research Env seemed like the best option. I'm happy to say any and all expectations have been greatly exceeded. On arrival our apartment was clean and with the ability to reserve the loading dock moving in our furniture and possessions was quite stress-free. By far the greatest aspect, beyond the friendly community, is the amazing staff at the front desk. Tracy, Kianna, Tunde, and Paris always have smiles and warm greetings. Since Day One they have not only been helpful, but incredibly friendly and professional. I've never felt more at home in an apartment building before and definitely will be staying here for a while. Everyone from staff, management, and other residents has really given a freshly moved couple the warmest welcome to a great city. ❤️

I had an incredible experience living here — first of all, the Bozzuto community is unbelievably on top of it in terms of making all residents feel valued and appreciated. Seriously, I lost track of how many amazing "resident appreciation" barbecues, ice cream parties, dinners, game nights, etc. there were. It's the best I've ever seen in any building I've lived in. In addition, the staff is AMAZING throughout. Special shoutout to Tracy whom I will dearly miss and provides the most thorough security and care for any building I've ever seen.
I will miss living in Chicago because of ENV. Thank you for everything!

Living at Env has been an absolute pleasure! The space has a very modern and bright feeling, and located in the heart of River North! The management, concierge, and maintenance teams are top notch, exceeding all expectations. Tracy and Kiana at the front desk always have a smile on their face, greeting you as you come in and out, and willing to engage in friendly conversation. The amenities are top notch as well - with the rooftop pool being the best part. One of the best places I have lived so far!

The front staff are my favorite people.

The rooftop view is absolutely gorgeous. Truly you cannot beat the view. Unfortunately the pool is incredibly small for such a large apartment building; you can’t have more than a few people in the pool without it getting crowded.
