Terrible service, if I can give it less then one star I would. I had left multiple messages and emails with a reply maybe 1 every to weeks. I even asked if I can speak to anyone else besides my territory rep and they said they are the only ones who can help me. After finally getting a quote the have not responded again for almost 2 weeks. It doesn't seem like they want business after looking at most of the other reviews.

Horrible service. The technician is incompetent and keeps blaming his mistakes on the tech that was here last time. He is not knowledgeable and contradicts USP 800 documents. Also, came unprepared and keeps wasting my PPE. He comes in and out of the clean room and throws his gown on the floor every time he leaves the anteroom. Currently PPE is in short supply and he keeps wasting gowns, masks, shoe covers and gloves. I will be looking for another company that offers these services.

Have been trying since first week of December 2019 till date which is January 28th to set up an appointment to certify. Nothing happened so far. This is the worst company to deal with. You never get a prompt answer, will have to keep waiting for months.

Terrible customer service! Have been trying for weeks on end to get a tech out to certify. Called and emailed many times, not even a simple reply or excuse. Will no long be using their services.
