Chad is your advocate. The seller of our home was picky on keeping prices low, so I felt compelled to ask less, but Chad was that angel sitting on your shoulder "nagging" you to do the correct thing. As he put it, it's like "buying a lamborghini with a dent". Many times, I would tell Chad "can we do less?", and he'd push me to do more. He then offered to chat personally with the remediators to make sure the work is done correctly. He is not just a tester, he is your personal advocate!

If you want someone who is professional, extremely timely, knowledgeable, and invested in the testing and safety of your home then you should hire enviocore. We own a 100 year old house and had some remodeling we wanted to do so we had Staci come out and test for lead paint and asbestos - she came out the day after we called and we had our results 24 hours from there. She has immense knowledge on hazardous materials that she educated us on while running tests and her communication throughout the entire process was 10/10. We paid after the work was done and had zero issues with billing, everyone was easy to work with during our experience. I would highly recommend working with Enviocore for any property you need tested!

My original review was about not getting follow up on next steps after mold was found in the top level of our home. As soon as I posted the review, both Ava and Stacy at the company reached out to me, apologizing for the lack of follow up and giving me many answers to everything. Stacy followed up multiple times to explain everything and to offer additional support.

I have to give them the benefit of the doubt - everyone misses something sometimes, and I think they definitely want to do the right thing for their customers. They do clearly care about their customers as well and seemed beside themselves that our follow up got dropped. I don't think they miss follow like that normally.

The air testing process was quick and easy, and we got the results we needed. If you feel that you might have mold issues in your home - if you are dealing with respiratory issues that seem to go away when you are not home - I'd recommend getting the testing done ASAP. You'll have peace of mind knowing either way.

I found EnvioCore based on great reviews and I'm so glad I did.

We were in the process of buying a house and the seller had tried to remediate stachybotrys (toxic black mold) himself with some shower spray and spray paint ?

Staci understood that we were in a time crunch to evaluate the extent of the damage and went WAY out of her way to provide us with timely air samples.

She communicated with me the entire time and was honest and hilarious. I feel like she's a trusted friend now!

She even went back the next day to grab some more samples for remediation purposes. And this is a busy lady.

She provided excellent info to our mold remediators (All Dry, another great company). She and Mike were in constant contact, so I didn't have to be the middleman.

She came back after remediation and just hearing her voice and her optimism gives me hope that this is finally behind us. She also squeezed in an asbestos test in the middle of the project!

I would highly recommend EnvioCore to anyone!

Update: I'm still raving about EnvioCore but their billing practices are a little aggressive. I received an invoice on 9/12 as well as a phone call that I had an invoice. Great- I planned to pay it on my first day off. On 9/16 I got a text from my realtor that said EnvioCore had contacted him "looking for us" and wanted us to know if we didn't pay by day 30 we would be going to collections.

Wow. I paid it on 9/16 as I planned to do. I had paid 3 prior invoices on time so hadn't given them a reason to doubt me. So great testers, the financial department could use a customer service refresher course though.

I am a realtor in the Denver Metro area. I reached out to EnvioCore to test for asbestos in a home my client was buying. We needed quick, short turnover. I called them on Friday afternoon, close to the end of business. They were able to come out the next day, Saturday and get us the results first thing Monday, just in time for our deadline. Chad was very knowledgeable and made sure we understood every part of the process. My clients were very happy and we had the information we needed for our real estate transaction. Chad and Enviocore are now my go-to.
