Excellent service. We contacted Andrew and Lisa at EPC to arrange our survey and were very impressed with the quick turnaround. They responded to our queries very quickly and booked in our survey for only a few days after we’d initially made contact. The report was then received after just 3 days (much earlier than they had advised) and we were delighted as it has meant we can move on with our house purchase much quicker than expected. The price was also very reasonable - much better that other quotes we had received.
Overall we were delighted with the service and would highly recommend EPC
