Hello everyone,
I would definitely think twice before applying for this company. My personal Experience was horrible, To start off all employees are not equipped with the necessary chemicals or any kind of supplies at that, no mopping chemicals are supplied to workers so they just utilize water to mop. And I personally noticed a lot of sites where using the same rags cause they do not supply you enough rags they give you two and you have to figure out the rest. I was only there three months and left due to poor management and training. They do not have any communication They expect you to do miracles and overload you with work. The supervisor I had was so nice and very over worked

I hired the Environment control team to take over the janitorial services for the medical practice that I manage. At first they seem like a very fair, cost efficient choice for their services. I paid for their highest tier of cleaning meaning they are "supposed" to do a heavy detail of the office twice a month cleaning everything. After having their services for about a year, I constantly would have to be in contact with their manager about services. Consistently the trash cans in certain rooms were not emptied, there was a build up of dust not cleaned on windows, the corners of the floor were just skipped over, and they lost my keys that I provided to them. I would very much recommend finding another company for services.
